The Neon Soul Cabaret is set as if it were a Felinni film with an afro-beat soundtrack in the midst of Trinidadian Carnival on 125th St in Harlem. The Neon Soul Collective WILL be on hiatus for the timebeing. Stay tuned for the untouchable J Scratch on the ones and twos.
